    @OptimumHelp worst customer service ever. On calls and chats for 2 days trying to get issue solved.All they could do was tell me they would send me a new remote in 4 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor after going round and round. I was superv would call be in 1 hr 4 hrs later

    @OptimumHelp my internet is not and has not been operating correctly need some help. I upgraded to 200 speed and it seems like it has worsen since. Please we need help since our kids will be home schooling and working from home has been a nightmare. Thank you

    @AlticeUSA @optimum I have NEVER in my entire LIFE experienced this HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. You have never ONCE resolved ANY issue of mine. I rather have NO CABLE than have to deal with this terrible service. If only @verizonfios was in my area now. Miss you Verizon!

    The worst part about being displaced from home due to flooding and staying with friends is easily the fact that @optimum is the WORST internet provider I've ever had to deal with. Can't wait to be back home with my @verizonfios gigabit connection

    I dont understand how @optimum is still in business. The ONLY thing you get from them is unreliable service, RUDE AND CONDESCENDING customer “service” and technician after technician that blames the issues on something else. All for an astronomical price #dropoptimum #givemefios

    @optimum mobile is by far the worst provider I ever used. Stay away friends 😭 Between new SIM cards, new iPhone, trying to transfer my phone numbers, dozen of calls/chat with support and uncountable hours of frustration for weeks, I not feel like crying on a corner 😭😭😭

    @optimum is a trash service and I can’t wait until I don’t have to use them again. Most expensive utility and the WiFi rarely works. But don’t worry, the bill goes up every ******* month.

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum No MLB network and still a problem with MSG you guys are embarrassing! Don’t you realize you’re dying a slow painful death. Everything is streaming. And Verizon isn’t pulling these shenanigans. Get your **** together or I’m going to Verizon by the end of the week.

    @optimum @paramountnet It’s been a few days with no sound on the network? Called Optumum yesterday and did a reset and data reset - still nothing. Come on guys @BarRescue is new tonight and it’s hard to watch with no volume.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum I am going to dig up the box at the end of the property to whats inside first. I have to make sure there is ZERO issue on my side or else the techs dont do anything.
