    @DIRECTV @DIRECTVService WOW YOUR APP SUCKS. Doesn’t know I’m in my house. Can’t access DVR. Thank God for @AlticeUSA @optimum I’ve been continuing customer since 1997. May leave bc @att is a DISASTER.

    @optimum @lisammulli Worst service ever. @optimum is the worst service ever no one picks up keep getting transfer. They are too busy to answer chats. I am going to switch service. Paid $90 for mls and once again it does not work. Oh guess what they will give me a $3 credit

    @OptimumHelp When will we get service back in Park Ridge NJ? Since 2:30 AM today, we have had no phone, tv, nor internet service. Eighteen hours have passed and no service and no communication! Thank God we have Verizon wireless for mobile.

    @OptimumHelp no phone or internet second time in 2 weeks. I understand the storm but 2 weeks ago it was 5 days now going 5 if service not restored today. Can’t wfh no online school. Frustrating! Bergen County NJ.

    @optimum we had Spectrum in Harlem and have never experienced nothing like this. We'll pay for our first and will be our last month of service with us being new residents in Paramus this is not good. I'm going to check with Verizon because here on Forsythia Lane bad service

    @OptimumHelp on jan 2nd a service technician from optimum on a phone conversion from verizon never checked to see that my elderly parent's phone worked. He also never connected phone to modem and cable from phone to jack was broken. Never reconnected answering machine. Terrible!!

    @OptimumHelp This internet has not been working every single day the service goes out while my son is trying to do his online homework. He can't tell his teachers that his homework is incomplete due to the horrible internet service, that's totally unacceptable.... I can't watch

    @OptimumHelp Where I understand this, I don’t understand why I was told 48 hours if you anticipated this issue. I’m at 48 hours + now and almost have used the entirety of my data allowed for my hotspot. This area regularly exceeds grid usage and this has been poorly handled.

    I’m still trying to figure out how removing the remote control feature from the @optimum app has improved my customer experience ??? 🤔🤔🤔 / it’s only made my viewing more difficult / What brain decided to make this boneheaded decision ? ….. @OptimumHelp

    WARNING: if you are considering @optimum @optimumonline for your internet service, don't. They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.

    Do not get @optimum mobile service they convinced me to leave @tmobile to save a lot of money but ended paying the same amount because of there error. #shame

    @optimum I want to thank you. Due to your inability to fix the outage for 4 days. I found that @verizon will save me over 60% when I switch next week so thank you for saving me $180 per month
