    @OptimumHelp worst customer service ever. On calls and chats for 2 days trying to get issue solved.All they could do was tell me they would send me a new remote in 4 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor after going round and round. I was superv would call be in 1 hr 4 hrs later

    @optimum you guys stink black outs today this entire week., them told us you would help when the hurricane came. U charged us we didn't have power for 8 days. Then there was issues in the neighborhood as well now back to black outs.

    @optimum we had Spectrum in Harlem and have never experienced nothing like this. We'll pay for our first and will be our last month of service with us being new residents in Paramus this is not good. I'm going to check with Verizon because here on Forsythia Lane bad service

    @OptimumHelp This internet has not been working every single day the service goes out while my son is trying to do his online homework. He can't tell his teachers that his homework is incomplete due to the horrible internet service, that's totally unacceptable.... I can't watch

    @optimum thank for nothing. Canceled my service and returned all equipment. Just to wake up this morning and see u decided to take more money. Was told I was paid in full and we would be done but u still want to charge me money.

    Unacceptable from @optimum and @TMobile for not notifying customers that there was an outage since 7pm. Credits should be given to those affected especially in the Ironbound section of Newark, New Jersey! Ridiculous!

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Well online chat doesn’t work. Call the customer service line and I get hanged up on since I use speakerphone and they say that’s against company policy. Going to the store tomorrow to cancel.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.

    OK @optimum — help me understand this. Chat (after logging in): “You must call to get a Port Code.” Call support: Refused to help and hung up. Store visit: Gave my phone number and got the Port Code email instantly. No ID check. No name verification. Make this make sense.
