    @NETGEAR you may want to remove verbiage in manuals about installing C7000 Nighthawk Modem on @optimum . Spent two sessions this past weekend waiting for help with activation, only now for support to advise it’s not compatible on their system. I know that’s not true..

    My mother just moved to assisted living and only needs TV service. @optimum rep said she had to have TV, phone and internet. She's paying $170 for all 3 now. Finally offered just TV at $160/month! Insane! How do they get away with stuff like this?

    @OptimumHelp the worst customer service ever. 4 days of phone calls and chats and my services are still not working. Every time they fix one thing they knock another one out. Can’t even get a manager to call back. Pay way to much to be treated like this

    @OptimumHelp worst customer service ever. On calls and chats for 2 days trying to get issue solved.All they could do was tell me they would send me a new remote in 4 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor after going round and round. I was superv would call be in 1 hr 4 hrs later

    @optimum you guys stink black outs today this entire week., them told us you would help when the hurricane came. U charged us we didn't have power for 8 days. Then there was issues in the neighborhood as well now back to black outs.

    WARNING: if you are considering @optimum @optimumonline for your internet service, don't. They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.

    Do not get @optimum mobile service they convinced me to leave @tmobile to save a lot of money but ended paying the same amount because of there error. #shame

    @optimum I want to thank you. Due to your inability to fix the outage for 4 days. I found that @verizon will save me over 60% when I switch next week so thank you for saving me $180 per month
