    @OptimumHelp This internet has not been working every single day the service goes out while my son is trying to do his online homework. He can't tell his teachers that his homework is incomplete due to the horrible internet service, that's totally unacceptable.... I can't watch

    @OptimumHelp on jan 2nd a service technician from optimum on a phone conversion from verizon never checked to see that my elderly parent's phone worked. He also never connected phone to modem and cable from phone to jack was broken. Never reconnected answering machine. Terrible!!

    @RealMichaelKay If you pay for HBO on @optimum you do get HBO Max a part of the package. You have to sign in with you cable provider.

    @OptimumHelp absolute worst customer service and business to deal with. Upgrading to Altice and current cable gets disconnected. 6 hours over 2 days trying to straighten it out. Still not reconnected

    @optimum I have no internet service, agents can’t seem to add my replacement modem onto my account. I have kids trying to do schoolwork, kids trying to connect with jobs all beyond frustrated. I want a call back and my modem back online ASAP!!!Call my home 201.816.1741 and get me online!!

    @CNN DO NOT USE @optimum service ! They suck! Their customer service is located in VIETNAM! No one speaks English ! Been trying to get a cable box for days now and the POS DONT KNOW ENGLISH! ! I’m on hold because they are in other countries ! Cancel their services!

    @OptimumHelp I have been on hold for over an hour. I paid to upgrade my internet service and saw no change. I was sent a new modem that we connected and the service is now worse or sometimes there is no service at all.

    @optimum @HBO @hbomax I can’t get it to upgrade my channels and told me to call so I did and got the automated run around. I went to channel 902 to upgrade. Like I was told. This sucks!!!

    Finally got rid of @optimum #wireless service and switched back to @Verizon. I now have full signal where I was barely getting one or two bars. Customer Service actually talks to me without disconnecting the call before verification has been done. Also, fast data.

    @TMobile horrible 5G internet. Since I switched my PETKIT devices, feeder, litter box and water fountains constantly disconnected. Im tired resetting everything every few days, this is ridiculous.I had @optimum and had zero issue with with my smart devices 😖

    @yMets00 @optimum @OptimumHelp I’d like fiber for my home backups in symmetrical speeds. I’ll always have the cellular backup / Starlink for longer problems - but for the 80% uptime - I’d prefer fiber.

    @OptimumHelp Classic copy & paste robot response. No help. Shocker @optimum in what universe is this fair? I buy a package which includes @MLBNetwork. YOU TOOK IT AWAY and I still pay the same price. I know I'm just a number on your books, but you could pretend to care about customers ?

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled
