Equipment failure since 5/11, had box exchanged since 6/5 since then dealt with an outage that hasn NEVER been resolved despite CS calls!

He also never connected phone to modem and cable from phone to jack was broken. Never reconnected answering machine. Terrible!!

Not only will I dispute payment since this started at the end of December I'm filing for full reimbursement since I've had this horrible service.

They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.

And their customers are the ones making them money! Heck, those people in the call centers have trouble understanding us too. Why do big corporations do this? Is saving money more logical than helping your customers? Or, when it comes to making money, does logic just go out the window?
