    @OptimumHelp I have lost faith that I will ever have decent cable service ever again in this time of the pandemic. Equipment failure since 5/11, had box exchanged since 6/5 since then dealt with an outage that hasn NEVER been resolved despite CS calls!

    .@optimum sold me an upgraded fiber package. Tech came, broke down my perfectly good internet, put in the new system, and left. I now have no internet and no service tech is available to fix this? So now @verizonfios is looking good.

    @OptimumHelp again its big issue here , while offering service it gives different price n but when we receive bill it’s totally different amount

    I call @OptimumHelp again today to find out if the pole work was done and that I’d get service installed (a day late). But it wasn’t. And that the same two windows were scheduled for today. Same problem. This time the 11-2 install tech never even showed up or called. 5/x

    @OptimumHelp I have been trying to speak to someone for weeks. I have had intermittent service and cannot get any help from Optimum! I have now tried for three days to reach someone to cancel but am unable to speak to anyone!

    @optimum can your customer support be ANY worse? Quick to charge for your services but you like to bounce customers around to get their problems fixed. I'm taking my business elsewhere after 10+years. Everyone else: be warned.

    @OptimumHelp was about as useful as tits on a bull. My @AlticeUSA cable box went into brick mode for no reason and all tech support could do is tell me to reboot. That’s another reason why I’m bagging @optimum

    @optimum you guys stink black outs today this entire week., them told us you would help when the hurricane came. U charged us we didn't have power for 8 days. Then there was issues in the neighborhood as well now back to black outs.

    @OptimumHelp This internet has not been working every single day the service goes out while my son is trying to do his online homework. He can't tell his teachers that his homework is incomplete due to the horrible internet service, that's totally unacceptable.... I can't watch

    @optimum @HBO @hbomax I can’t get it to upgrade my channels and told me to call so I did and got the automated run around. I went to channel 902 to upgrade. Like I was told. This sucks!!!

    Finally got rid of @optimum #wireless service and switched back to @Verizon. I now have full signal where I was barely getting one or two bars. Customer Service actually talks to me without disconnecting the call before verification has been done. Also, fast data.

    @TMobile horrible 5G internet. Since I switched my PETKIT devices, feeder, litter box and water fountains constantly disconnected. Im tired resetting everything every few days, this is ridiculous.I had @optimum and had zero issue with with my smart devices 😖

    @yMets00 @optimum @OptimumHelp I’d like fiber for my home backups in symmetrical speeds. I’ll always have the cellular backup / Starlink for longer problems - but for the 80% uptime - I’d prefer fiber.

    @OptimumHelp Classic copy & paste robot response. No help. Shocker @optimum in what universe is this fair? I buy a package which includes @MLBNetwork. YOU TOOK IT AWAY and I still pay the same price. I know I'm just a number on your books, but you could pretend to care about customers ?

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled
