    I call @optimum yesterday to get tv service again. Somehow they removed my internet and wont do anything until the morning. This is why piracy is big

    @ShaunPandolfi @optimum @verizonfios It's beyond ridiculous with them, they lead you on like they care and my issue would be addressed. Not only will I dispute payment since this started at the end of December I'm filing for full reimbursement since I've had this horrible service.

    @OptimumHelp I can’t begin to explain how awful this company is...I have driven 2x to Paterson to exchange equipment and I’m fine with that. I have made no less than 10 calls been on hold for hours, waited for call backs, been disconnected from 3 agents, only one call back. 1/2

    @OptimumHelp This internet has not been working every single day the service goes out while my son is trying to do his online homework. He can't tell his teachers that his homework is incomplete due to the horrible internet service, that's totally unacceptable.... I can't watch

    Honestly @optimum has the worst customer service ever. A representative really just hung up the phone on me during the middle of the call. Time to switch companies for sure now #overpricedcompany

    @optimum @HBO @hbomax I can’t get it to upgrade my channels and told me to call so I did and got the automated run around. I went to channel 902 to upgrade. Like I was told. This sucks!!!

    @RealMichaelKay If you pay for HBO on @optimum you do get HBO Max a part of the package. You have to sign in with you cable provider.

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum Maybe when it actually works. Mines been cutting out for a week and a half. Spent a hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they made it worse. Even got a new modem. Maybe you should teach your service technicians how to replace coaxial lines instead of just running a bypass.
