Not only will I dispute payment since this started at the end of December I'm filing for full reimbursement since I've had this horrible service.

Spent a hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they made it worse. Even got a new modem. Maybe you should teach your service technicians how to replace coaxial lines instead of just running a bypass.
