I have made no less than 10 calls been on hold for hours, waited for call backs, been disconnected from 3 agents, only one call back. 1/2

Kenneth W (@kenneth1783) reportedFinally got rid of @optimum #wireless service and switched back to @Verizon. I now have full signal where I was barely getting one or two bars. Customer Service actually talks to me without disconnecting the call before verification has been done. Also, fast data.
