    @OptimumHelp speaking to my 8th person today. Just keep getting pushed from one department to another and no one has a clue as to do anything. Just terrible customer service

    @CNN DO NOT USE @optimum service ! They suck! Their customer service is located in VIETNAM! No one speaks English ! Been trying to get a cable box for days now and the POS DONT KNOW ENGLISH! ! I’m on hold because they are in other countries ! Cancel their services!

    @Willvsn @optimum Mine has been out for a week ! Spent 3 hours Wednesday night to get tossed between people to be told there’s an outage in my area and guess what outage still not fixed I wish we had more options in my area so ready to leave them!

    @optimum I have no internet service, agents can’t seem to add my replacement modem onto my account. I have kids trying to do schoolwork, kids trying to connect with jobs all beyond frustrated. I want a call back and my modem back online ASAP!!!Call my home 201.816.1741 and get me online!!

    @optimum such a bad service! Been complaining about wifi/internet service, someone came to check it out in Dec of 18 & found out there is a problem with the optimum box outside of my residence,he reported but nothing has been fixed as of today! Paying for 300 & receiving below 70

    @optimum, we would really like an explanation as to why our router, which is the same one we’ve always had, is now telling us every twenty minutes that we need to register our new router (which is not new) to our account. Your customer service reps have not been helpful.

    @OptimumHelp I have been on hold for over an hour. I paid to upgrade my internet service and saw no change. I was sent a new modem that we connected and the service is now worse or sometimes there is no service at all.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
