    @optimum such a bad service! Been complaining about wifi/internet service, someone came to check it out in Dec of 18 & found out there is a problem with the optimum box outside of my residence,he reported but nothing has been fixed as of today! Paying for 300 & receiving below 70

    @JohnLegere @ATT @verizon That’s why I came over to TMobile last year. Verizon never told me about this plan. Me and hubby 100 a month from TMobile. Verizon same plan 175. 18 yrs with Verizon. House phone is next with Tv going to optimum

    @optimum has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Had no cable since December, technicians blame the wires outside, several service appointments set up only to be discarded by @optimum but my bill is paid on time!

    @CNN DO NOT USE @optimum service ! They suck! Their customer service is located in VIETNAM! No one speaks English ! Been trying to get a cable box for days now and the POS DONT KNOW ENGLISH! ! I’m on hold because they are in other countries ! Cancel their services!

    @optimum @OptimumHelp - I have had this service for a week & hate it. Not getting the speeds I was promised so tried moving to their fiber service. Today is the 2nd installed missed. I see why @verizonfios charges more, better service. #compliants

    @OptimumHelp you legit have the worst service of all time. Apparently you are the “only service in this area.” I pay WAY TOO MUCH for it to go out on me 40+ times a day. Yes I’ve counted. Can I please get some assistance?

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
