    @optimum you service is complete trash. Switched from Fios to Optimum about a year ago and all it’s been is problems. Pay for “fast” internet that I am not even receiving. What an absolute joke.

    10/25 came and the install tech came during the window. Said there was no line work done. So he couldn’t install the service. He said I had to call @OptimumHelp. I called. 3/x

    @OptimumHelp was about as useful as tits on a bull. My @AlticeUSA cable box went into brick mode for no reason and all tech support could do is tell me to reboot. That’s another reason why I’m bagging @optimum

    I call @optimum yesterday to get tv service again. Somehow they removed my internet and wont do anything until the morning. This is why piracy is big

    @OptimumHelp on jan 2nd a service technician from optimum on a phone conversion from verizon never checked to see that my elderly parent's phone worked. He also never connected phone to modem and cable from phone to jack was broken. Never reconnected answering machine. Terrible!!

    @optimum The internet service is terrible over here in Paramus on Forsythia Lane, we haven't had internet service with optimum an entire month yet and we can't watch nothing on Hulu without the internet connection getting lost every 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    @OptimumHelp Where I understand this, I don’t understand why I was told 48 hours if you anticipated this issue. I’m at 48 hours + now and almost have used the entirety of my data allowed for my hotspot. This area regularly exceeds grid usage and this has been poorly handled.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.

    @optimum @paramountnet It’s been a few days with no sound on the network? Called Optumum yesterday and did a reset and data reset - still nothing. Come on guys @BarRescue is new tonight and it’s hard to watch with no volume.

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
