    @optimum you guys stink black outs today this entire week., them told us you would help when the hurricane came. U charged us we didn't have power for 8 days. Then there was issues in the neighborhood as well now back to black outs.

    @OptimumHelp This internet has not been working every single day the service goes out while my son is trying to do his online homework. He can't tell his teachers that his homework is incomplete due to the horrible internet service, that's totally unacceptable.... I can't watch

    @OptimumHelp no phone or internet second time in 2 weeks. I understand the storm but 2 weeks ago it was 5 days now going 5 if service not restored today. Can’t wfh no online school. Frustrating! Bergen County NJ.

    @ShaunPandolfi @optimum @verizonfios It's beyond ridiculous with them, they lead you on like they care and my issue would be addressed. Not only will I dispute payment since this started at the end of December I'm filing for full reimbursement since I've had this horrible service.

    I call @OptimumHelp again today to find out if the pole work was done and that I’d get service installed (a day late). But it wasn’t. And that the same two windows were scheduled for today. Same problem. This time the 11-2 install tech never even showed up or called. 5/x

    @OptimumHelp you legit have the worst service of all time. Apparently you are the “only service in this area.” I pay WAY TOO MUCH for it to go out on me 40+ times a day. Yes I’ve counted. Can I please get some assistance?

    @yMets00 @optimum @OptimumHelp I’d like fiber for my home backups in symmetrical speeds. I’ll always have the cellular backup / Starlink for longer problems - but for the 80% uptime - I’d prefer fiber.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Well online chat doesn’t work. Call the customer service line and I get hanged up on since I use speakerphone and they say that’s against company policy. Going to the store tomorrow to cancel.
