I have made no less than 10 calls been on hold for hours, waited for call backs, been disconnected from 3 agents, only one call back. 1/2

If you can get 10x the bandwidth for 1/4 the price, good for you. When the service went out for several workday hours, no credit to my account.

Paying for 300 & receiving below 70
