    And ... The @optimum @OptimumHelp problem with @UnivisionHelp channels has returned... Channels 6 and 17, Univision and Unimas no longer work, this a couple days after having it 'fixed'. It's feeling an awful lot like we're being 'convinced' to switch to FiOS.

    Second call to @OptimumHelp today I waited until they got a response from the pole work dispatch. But the response was that there was an access issue since the pole is on a neighbors property. But the tech on 10/17 was able to get access. 6/x

    @OptimumHelp How do you react to waiting for 4 hours & then getting a call to say that they can’t come for the service 5 min before the appointed time! Total waste of my 4 hours!😡

    @OptimumHelp speaking to my 8th person today. Just keep getting pushed from one department to another and no one has a clue as to do anything. Just terrible customer service

    @fmallick @verizonfios @optimum Faiza, Verizon is very expensive!!!! But they good, and you have to do a contract, so you're stuck, optimum, no contract, not that expensive, you can just leave if you don't like the service, so go figure 🙄

    @OptimumHelp I just replaced my router- for the 2nd time in a couple of months- just got home from the store and this "new router" is not working at all! I can't even power it up! Please call me. You have my number. This is outrageous!

    @OptimumHelp I have lost faith that I will ever have decent cable service ever again in this time of the pandemic. Equipment failure since 5/11, had box exchanged since 6/5 since then dealt with an outage that hasn NEVER been resolved despite CS calls!

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.

    @optimum @paramountnet It’s been a few days with no sound on the network? Called Optumum yesterday and did a reset and data reset - still nothing. Come on guys @BarRescue is new tonight and it’s hard to watch with no volume.

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
