    @DanielSquadron @bradhoylman Certainly. Brad wrongly attempted to tie two issues together. I merely pointed out the problem. You doubled down. During my time, I remember being asked to co-sponsor a bill doing the same thing when Cablevision (a Dolan property) threatened not to carry YES. I declined.

    @OptimumHelp Think this through. If Optimim Service is unavailable In my neighborhood, then your hotspot is a useless as my cable service. I can, just as easily, drive to a Starbucks for internet service. Thanks for the advice and lack of cable, internet and phone service.

    Been a faithful @optimum cable customer for about 20 years. Fall on hard times and bill is 2 months passed due.. They send a tech w/o calling me (or sending a notice) to get the equipment but I'm at work dummies 🙄take your funky equipment I'm switching to @verizonfios

    @OptimumHelp you guys should never install internet service on a day where you know your system will be down the full day. I’m going on day two with no internet because you shut off my Verizon internet and left me at the mercy of your calm center which averages 45 waits. NJ 07009

    @VZWSupport hey can u help my kid get some internet for home? We used to have @optimum but the service has been so trash for so long that I rather use my personal hot spot. We just left @OptimumHelp because they refused to help or fix the problem.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.
