    @aneel @optimum Ah, if there's 70 units then my guess is they never retrofitted the splitter to boost the carrier signal for internet traffic. Fine for cable tv watching. Lousy for DOCSIS/internet traffic.

    @onetwogee @verizonfios We left Verizon and went with @optimum our WiFi speed has been really good! Compared to Verizon we always had issues.

    @optimum technical service team calling me to check my WiFi at home in the middle of the day. While I’m at work. And then shocked to hear that I live alone so there is no one who can check it at their convenience. Great service. Also. Fix my internet.

    @OptimumHelp Think this through. If Optimim Service is unavailable In my neighborhood, then your hotspot is a useless as my cable service. I can, just as easily, drive to a Starbucks for internet service. Thanks for the advice and lack of cable, internet and phone service.

    @OptimumHelp We were without service for 3 days and saying will come and never came, me suffering with my grandson to go to his online class. My son-in-law cancel it and still have to pay ?? Thank god the teacher understood. Is this real ?

    Just an update: 14 days later @OptimumHelp did not fix my Wi-Fi in #Brooklyn, their techs did not show up twice to the appointment that we scheduled and it does not care at all of its customers because it knows it is the only company of the area. #Shame. #TuesdayThoughts #Optimum

    @OptimumHelp Been trying to get my house ISP fixed for 2 weeks. Called support 7 times. Finally Sent tech to my house Saturday and he cannot fix the issue. Tells me a supervisor is going to call me. No one has called me To setup appointment to have the TAP replaced

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
