Equipment failure since 5/11, had box exchanged since 6/5 since then dealt with an outage that hasn NEVER been resolved despite CS calls!

But the response was that there was an access issue since the pole is on a neighbors property. But the tech on 10/17 was able to get access. 6/x

I’m at 48 hours + now and almost have used the entirety of my data allowed for my hotspot. This area regularly exceeds grid usage and this has been poorly handled.
