    @optimum Please do something about your international customer service centers. They're rude, unsupportive and don't take the time to listen and understand the issue. 3 calls so far and they still don't understand what I'm calling about 🤯😤🤬😭

    @OptimumHelp @optimum has the worst customer service. Their tech support is utterly useless and all they know how to do is read from a list of solutions and piss people off. I’ve been having internet issues for months and NO HELP from Optimum.

    I used to think service electric was a bad provider but @optimum is proving me wrong. At least with service electric I could play online gaming . Now I’m lagging all over the place.

    @dandorf_8 @optimum I'm thinking the same will happen here, but trying everything, already purchased a new router. Sucks when they are the only internet provider, very frustrating.

    @OptimumHelp going in day 7 with barely any internet. I only have service between the hours of about 7 pm to 6 am. I’m unable to work. This needs to be tended to immediately and not just push to another person. Maybe if I stop paying I’ll get service.

    @OptimumHelp no internet service for going on 3 hours now. I can not even get in to my box and reset the router. It stuck on router intlizing. What is going on?

    Another day where internet is spotty and I can’t get my homework done because @optimum is a garbage service run by unhelpful, trash people that don’t give a single **** that you spend hundreds of dollars each month to have no internet

    @OptimumHelp trying to get in contact with customer service x3 days w/o success. Need replacement box. Local store closed. Also tried to request service visit no luck. Please advise.

    @verizonfios @optimum I never had such issues with fios as I do with optimum. If you were available in our neighborhood I’m sure everybody would switch! Come here fios!

    @optimum took over for SECTV, and they are horrible. Nothing but problems from the time that they took over. Internet service is awful, customer service is horrible, internet cuts in and put all day.

    Said that they sent a new modem out but can't track the package, they know it was sent out on May 21, but can't provide a tracking number. @optimum said that they do not have a specific department to ship out products! Meanwhile I'm paying for horrible service!

    @optimum @OptimumHelp has the worst service. I have called and complained many times and got nowhere. They say everything is fine when it’s not. Internet is constantly cutting out making it impossible to do anything online including stream. #optimumsucks #streamingsucks

    @optimum I have had internet issues since you installed in January. Three modems later your last tech guy installed a modem, took off and FORGED MY NAME that the work was complete! Still no internet and my name was forged!!!

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?

    @optimum again u failed! Tv won’t connect to the internet and its baseballs opening night! Pay for this, pay for that, free upgrade to fiber optic, and still, everything sucks!!!
