    @optimum Please do something about your international customer service centers. They're rude, unsupportive and don't take the time to listen and understand the issue. 3 calls so far and they still don't understand what I'm calling about 🤯😤🤬😭

    I used to think service electric was a bad provider but @optimum is proving me wrong. At least with service electric I could play online gaming . Now I’m lagging all over the place.

    @optimum came today with a new modem, turns out the modem that 3 reps told me was sent out on May 21, was not. As soon as the guy left, we lose internet, comes back on after a few minutes, same as always... Never happened with SECTV. Optimum is the worse!

    @optimum I have had internet issues since you installed in January. Three modems later your last tech guy installed a modem, took off and FORGED MY NAME that the work was complete! Still no internet and my name was forged!!!

    @optimum took over for SECTV, and they are horrible. Nothing but problems from the time that they took over. Internet service is awful, customer service is horrible, internet cuts in and put all day.

    @dandorf_8 @optimum I'm thinking the same will happen here, but trying everything, already purchased a new router. Sucks when they are the only internet provider, very frustrating.

    Said that they sent a new modem out but can't track the package, they know it was sent out on May 21, but can't provide a tracking number. @optimum said that they do not have a specific department to ship out products! Meanwhile I'm paying for horrible service!

    @OptimumHelp going in day 7 with barely any internet. I only have service between the hours of about 7 pm to 6 am. I’m unable to work. This needs to be tended to immediately and not just push to another person. Maybe if I stop paying I’ll get service.

    Finally got rid of @optimum #wireless service and switched back to @Verizon. I now have full signal where I was barely getting one or two bars. Customer Service actually talks to me without disconnecting the call before verification has been done. Also, fast data.

    @optimum All sports on fiber are 90 seconds behind the actual live game. 90 Seconds Also bring back @MLBNetwork or lower my damn bill

    @TMobile horrible 5G internet. Since I switched my PETKIT devices, feeder, litter box and water fountains constantly disconnected. Im tired resetting everything every few days, this is ridiculous.I had @optimum and had zero issue with with my smart devices 😖

    .@optimum no longer has the @MLBNetwork, @MLB? Do you people think that customers are going to continue with your service at all now that we have to have 5+ paid steaming services for one sport?

    @yMets00 @optimum @OptimumHelp I’d like fiber for my home backups in symmetrical speeds. I’ll always have the cellular backup / Starlink for longer problems - but for the 80% uptime - I’d prefer fiber.

    @OptimumHelp Classic copy & paste robot response. No help. Shocker @optimum in what universe is this fair? I buy a package which includes @MLBNetwork. YOU TOOK IT AWAY and I still pay the same price. I know I'm just a number on your books, but you could pretend to care about customers ?

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled
