    @OptimumHelp 3 days of phone calls trying to set up a disconnect date for my upcoming move. Never received any kind of confirmation, was hung up on/ disconnected multiple times and when I finally think it is straightened out you guys disconnect me three weeks too early. HELP?!

    Hey @optimum @OptimumHelp we’ve got power but no cable/internet. What gives? You can’t even send a nice apology email? All the other providers do. Also, turn back on your customer service phones so we can call you.

    @OptimumHelp @AlticeUSA Why doesn’t the fox sports go app work to stream the Yes network when using an Altice One account? It works fine with an @optimum account, but looks like if you login with Altice One the Yankees disappear and the yes network disappears. Please help!

    @OptimumHelp every month my premium channels disappear ... why????? I get No credit - no explanation - I’m told I don’t get those channels meanwhile I pay for them every month!!!! I wish I never switched to you @AlticeUSA lies lies!!!

    One of the worst service in New Jersey is @optimum customer care they just disconnect phone with out hearing it . I tried 10 times to get the connection they are least bothered about it . Worst customer care service I ever saw , service guys does not know anything #optimum

    @OptimumHelp Trying to create an Optimum ID and can't! I'm on my home optimum network, and it still tells me I need to be on my home network. I can't talk to any one because I can't sign in. I can't sign in because I can't create an ID. It's a vicious cycle.

    @OptimumHelp it’s funny you want me to pay you for service but my service is always going out. How is that fair? We are supposed to pay for service we receive, so maybe credits us for when our service is out.

    @optimum @OptimumHelp after multiple calls to restore service and optimum saying no reported outages. Today I see a tech outside he said 5 homes are without service. Bad customer service or just lies?

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.
