    Honestly @optimum , why does my internet go out 2x a day for 10-20 minutes? I tried @OptimumHelp Online Chat and got nowhere. Working & schooling from home and this is unacceptable. Send someone to us to fix!

    Unbelievable frustration with @optimum customer service. Four days trying to contact a human about the cable wire down on my front yard. Only response is repeated texts asking if my issue is resolved. Aughhh!

    I still an laughing at @OptimumHelp CS agent rebooting my home modem to fix me not being able to receive email on my phone computer or web client. And then just telling me "someone will work on it" and then disconnecting. Amazing work

    @optimum @OptimumHelp requested a callback regarding service and bill and when I got it the option that I’m on the phone doesn’t work and it disconnected me. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for days.

    I’ve never experienced outage issues as bad as I am now. Can’t even log in to my account, talk to a CSR via chat or on the phone. Dropped the ball big time @optimum #optimum

    One of the worst service in New Jersey is @optimum customer care they just disconnect phone with out hearing it . I tried 10 times to get the connection they are least bothered about it . Worst customer care service I ever saw , service guys does not know anything #optimum

    ******* @optimum !!! They cheat you EVERY TIME. Even when its THEIR EMPLOYEES who give you the wrong information, still you're expected to literally pay for that mistake. NEVER AGAIN.

    @OptimumHelp Classic copy & paste robot response. No help. Shocker @optimum in what universe is this fair? I buy a package which includes @MLBNetwork. YOU TOOK IT AWAY and I still pay the same price. I know I'm just a number on your books, but you could pretend to care about customers ?

    @OptimumHelp @optimum @AlticeUSA #optimum this is the worst company filled with liars. I was promised a 3 year monthly amount guaranteed by the retention center. I just got a bill that was $175 more than I’m supposed to pay. And terrible customer service

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
