    @optimum @optimum this is no way to treat well paying customers. My husband and I are working from home. We need proper internet. And I am not receiving all of the expensive premium service that a I am paying for.

    Anyone living in Litchfield County CT and need new cable service....think twice if picking @optimum !! I know the system is stressed but I’ve worked in the service industry for 27 years and they left me holding the short end of the stick today and spent HOURS waiting for nothing!

    @OptimumHelp We are angry and frustrated. 6 days of spotty internet & cable service. Technician comes and says it’s an outside problem. Need to schedule new service call. But leaves without a plan.

    @optimum @OptimumHelp I have called more than 10x. My internet and cable service is horrendous. I’ve been on the line for an hour with someone who doesn’t understand me. I keep repeating myself. This is ridiculous when I lay you hundreds a month and have for more than a decade.

    @OptimumHelp I’ve been resetting my equipment for hours, but my service is still offline. The optimum hotspot nearby was also out for a while- that is back, but not at home. Too tired to play reset the router with tech support right now, but please look into this.

    @OptimumHelp Phone & internet were down at our store In Scarsdale for 5-1/2 days after Tues storm. Up for a few hours today, then went out again. Losing sales and customer confidence. How about some help and transparency?
