    @optimum @OptimumHelp I have called more than 10x. My internet and cable service is horrendous. I’ve been on the line for an hour with someone who doesn’t understand me. I keep repeating myself. This is ridiculous when I lay you hundreds a month and have for more than a decade.

    @OptimumHelp I have tried to get a person on the phone and on chat for almost 2 weeks! I need a service appointment set up ASAP! I can’t get anyone! I currently have2mb when I pay for 300mb!! Not acceptable!

    @lukeschantz @optimum Thanks Luke. I swapped out their router with an eero mesh router at the beginning of pandemic. Great connectivity over 300 when it is working but what happens is intermittently it just goes out. They were here Weds and said they fixed the problem but it happened again today.

    Hey @OptimumHelp when your internet and cable have been down for 2 days after storm, the least you can do is allow me to access cable via your mobile app without requiring me to be on my WiFi (which is down b/c you can’t get my internet service back up)
