    @OptimumHelp We are angry and frustrated. 6 days of spotty internet & cable service. Technician comes and says it’s an outside problem. Need to schedule new service call. But leaves without a plan.

    @OptimumHelp I’ve been on the line for nearly an hour with horrible customer service. I’ve been a customer for decades and it’s ridiculous! Nothing is moving along and the @optimum the representative is beyond rude. I’m so frustrated.

    @optimum and @OptimumHelp - every day this week & last week I’ve lost home internet signal between 11 & 12 ET - this is despite chatting with support daily, having a tech come out, & buying a new a modem & router. Kids remote AP exams are next week & I work from home - fix it

    OK @optimum — help me understand this. Chat (after logging in): “You must call to get a Port Code.” Call support: Refused to help and hung up. Store visit: Gave my phone number and got the Port Code email instantly. No ID check. No name verification. Make this make sense.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?

    @optimum @OptimumHelp Customer for 21 yrs chatting with customer service. ask for January thru March 2025 bills. They tell me it'll cost $1.50 and take 11-12 business days. When I complain they give me the phone number to cancel my service. UNREAL!!!!!

    @optimum Dealing with five different reps to resolve an issue, and every single one wastes my time trying to sell me a mobile package I have zero interest in. And when I say so, they continue trying, knowing that all I care about is resolving my issue. Cut the crap, fellas.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum No you don’t. Ur not going to help. I cancelled my service on March 11. It was supposed to stop April11 but now u take money out of my account again and tell me when I call that I will get another bill a final bill april23. How does this make sense.
