    @OptimumHelp I’ve been resetting my equipment for hours, but my service is still offline. The optimum hotspot nearby was also out for a while- that is back, but not at home. Too tired to play reset the router with tech support right now, but please look into this.

    Tried testing problem other friend’s, Family’s, and co-workers devices to see if it was just my device. ALL THE SAME PROBLEM (tried More Than 10), NonStop Skipping and scratching of sound was n @nflnetwork channel of @optimum @OptimumHelp mobile iPad app.

    @OptimumHelp we live in shippan point and we have no WiFi due to the storm. We are very unhappy with the service. We have been holding for 2 hours. Terrible client service

    @OptimumHelp Waited an hour to get in a chat with Eduardo from Optimum. Got on at 18:14. Started to tell him my problem and he disappeared! Terrible service.

    @OptimumHelp Netflix loading issues. WiFi issues on my phone, especially later at night. I pay $10 extra a month for faster speeds, and it’s just me here. There’s no reason I should lose service when I’m 5 feet from the router.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Sound on specifically @nflnetwork channel on Mobile iPad app been skipping/scratching for 3 STRAIGHT WEEKS. Tried Restarting/Re-downloading dozens of times. still No fix. NO OTHER CHANNEL on entire app with this issue. Disappointing on #NFLCombine weekend 😢

    @optimum When you click on this link, first thing that shows up ‘ start shopping’! They’re only there to make money! They don’t care at all of your service works or not! It’s a disgrace! If we would have competition in our area, it would be a different picture!

    @optimum getting cm 4.590.26 error. CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN AT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE OF THE AI. Call me as I need internet for work.

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.

    @optimum thank for nothing. Canceled my service and returned all equipment. Just to wake up this morning and see u decided to take more money. Was told I was paid in full and we would be done but u still want to charge me money.
