    @optimum @News12CT for a week now, I have been paying for cable that I’m not receiving as none of my channels are working. I keep being lied to on the phone and I have been polite but this customer service is criminal!!! The amount of money we pay for this lack of care is a crime

    You know what I #love most about @optimum: it’s that I have to constantly restart my altice one box anytime I want more than 2mb down or to watch TV! Seriously, it’s actually terrible.

    13 total days (at least that I logged) We had unstable upload speeds, maybe even download. @optimum is LITERALLY the biggest scam I've ever seen. The fact that they are still in business is a ******* joke
