    @OptimumHelp Yes, I’m still without service even though ticket went in June 14th. I actually had to stay at a hotel today so I could access internet for work. Frontier answered my call and gave me an installation date for Monday. Can you do better or are you okay with losing another customer

    Called @optimum for support today, person answered the phone saying “Emergency Medical Alert how can I help you?” Said I have no idea what this was she then went into a sales pitch to upgrade the cable service I’ve been trying to downgrade for 1 hour now. Thanks @OptimumHelp 🖕🏼

    Waiting on @optimum to send an installation technician for over a week now. Worst experience ever! 2 random cancellation out of nowhere, no calls, no notifications, no nothing!

    @OptimumHelp weird. One of my cable DAR boxes won’t reboot . It gets stuck in the preparing service mode. The gray ba won’t advance. Been off and on for a week.

    @optimum Optimum email is terrible. They have a spam filter which cannot be turned off but which catches lots of legitimate emails, for example from the IRS. I have been begging them for months to give me a way to turn this filter off, but they refuse.

    @OptimumHelp Trying to upgrade to 300mbps 4/28. Optimum sent the wrong modem. Can’t get anybody in the phone, and the chat sessions “experts” have not helped at all! Really bad service!!

    @supersat This modem has been rebooted a lot. It really just refuses to get a new channel set. I think this @OptimumHelp @optimum forcing users who choose their own equipment instead of renting their stuff into poor experiences.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.
