    @OptimumHelp No WiFi for 3rd day, two weeks after tech said tap at pole needed to be replaced & dispatch would contact me. Still no repair nor contact from dispatch & hours to reach customer service to be told repair assigned to outside vendor and no repair date available.

    @OptimumHelp I'm trying to sign on to HBO Max but it keeps telling me to use the Altice One provider and not Optimum. Only problem is I can't to a list of providers. Help.

    I called @optimum to tell them I'm canceling my internet due to eviction. They proceeded to take 20 mins of my time convincing me not to cancel regardless if I am without a home. I would of mentioned it in the survey but im sure itd make their bosses proud #CapitalismAsItsFinest

    @OptimumHelp weird. One of my cable DAR boxes won’t reboot . It gets stuck in the preparing service mode. The gray ba won’t advance. Been off and on for a week.

    @OptimumHelp internet has been in and out since I woke up at 6am today. My account says there aren’t any issues in my area, but it’s clearly not an issue with my modem. Are there any known problems in Norwalk, CT, and do you have an ETA on a resolution?

    @OptimumHelp we waited for our appointment today in a window of 10AM to 8PM. I checked the app all day and it said "on time." No show, wires are split and sitting in front yard. Waited hour on phone and was told next appointment is Friday. This is crazy, please help!!

    Well, @optimum or @AlticeUSA or whatever they’re calling themselves these days are once again showing off their fine customer service skills. More than 40 minutes to transfer service from one resident to another. It’s unacceptable! #directTVisworse

    @OptimumHelp I’ve been without internet since 10am. It’s now 2:11pm. I work from home so this is super impactful. Your estimate was 2pm. Do you have a new estimate?? Fairfield, CT is the service area.

    @OptimumHelp we have very slow Wi-Fi (20mbps down, 3 up) when we are on 400 plan. I can’t even get my router to come up on your website. Can we get this serviced? I (and three others) need to work from here and finding it impossible.

    @OptimumHelp I have wires down in my driveway. Eversource repaired power lines last night. When will you come to repair your lines? I can’t get through to a live person on the phone.

    Finally got rid of @optimum #wireless service and switched back to @Verizon. I now have full signal where I was barely getting one or two bars. Customer Service actually talks to me without disconnecting the call before verification has been done. Also, fast data.

    @optimum Hey how is it that I cancelled my optimum internet service after 10 years this morning and you’ll still bill me through 3/31 FOR SERVICE I DONT HAVE? How do you not PRORATE????

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    One I get gift card I’m going back to @optimum . You can’t claim you’re 5G internet is good as cable when connection for smart home is terrible, mind you you’re gateway an on window sill with “excellent” signal.

    @optimum DON'T FALL FOR IT!! I pre-ordered a "free" iPhone 17 with a trade in during the October promotion and was SCAMMED! They LOST my phone (for 3 months) and now I'm being told I never participated in the promotion but "bought" the phone (even though I have FedEx tracking to prove it)
