    @alticemobile you need to be clearer about the requirement for phones to be paid off before a user can have your $20 too good to be true service. Wasted trip to my local store and you’re not set up to deliver the service online. @OptimumHelp

    @OptimumHelp outage in our area that has been 'fixed' has left us still without internet or TV. I'm told the earliest you can look at this is Thursday...terrible customer service

    @OptimumHelp @optimum no call back from your auto call service today. Terrible service, no communications (which is ironic wouldn’t you say) it’s just appalling in so many ways that your internet service is so poor.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum JUST installed WiFi 4 days ago and it’s already going out. Online trouble shooting isn’t working and call center has absurd wait times. Any chance of scheduling a service appointment. Very disappointed since the router/modem was JUST installed.

    I called @optimum to tell them I'm canceling my internet due to eviction. They proceeded to take 20 mins of my time convincing me not to cancel regardless if I am without a home. I would of mentioned it in the survey but im sure itd make their bosses proud #CapitalismAsItsFinest

    I don’t normally tweet, I’d rather lurk, but I’m so infuriated with @optimum right now. In the last 12 hours I have called for support no less than 20 times and been disconnected each time. I can’t handle this anymore. I need a new option.

    50 minutes (with two wait times totaling only five minutes) and the idiots @optimum were unable to to transfer my service for reasons I simply can’t fathom. I don’t have the words for how inept that company is. #unacceptable

    @optimum Optimum email is terrible. They have a spam filter which cannot be turned off but which catches lots of legitimate emails, for example from the IRS. I have been begging them for months to give me a way to turn this filter off, but they refuse.

    @optimum traveling to UK tomorrow and your website won’t let me purchase a weekly travel pass - youve raised a ticket #784494 but I fear this is not going to help me. Very disappointed - will you pay my workaround costs??

    Called @optimum for support today, person answered the phone saying “Emergency Medical Alert how can I help you?” Said I have no idea what this was she then went into a sales pitch to upgrade the cable service I’ve been trying to downgrade for 1 hour now. Thanks @OptimumHelp 🖕🏼

    Finally got rid of @optimum #wireless service and switched back to @Verizon. I now have full signal where I was barely getting one or two bars. Customer Service actually talks to me without disconnecting the call before verification has been done. Also, fast data.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    One I get gift card I’m going back to @optimum . You can’t claim you’re 5G internet is good as cable when connection for smart home is terrible, mind you you’re gateway an on window sill with “excellent” signal.

    @optimum DON'T FALL FOR IT!! I pre-ordered a "free" iPhone 17 with a trade in during the October promotion and was SCAMMED! They LOST my phone (for 3 months) and now I'm being told I never participated in the promotion but "bought" the phone (even though I have FedEx tracking to prove it)
