    Shout out to @OptimumHelp for exceptional customer service! After Abramson & Co. phones were incorrectly shut off for 14 hours, one tech persevered and hand fixed the problem! #goldstar

    @OptimumHelp how do I report an outage? There was a known one and now the web says it’s been fixed but my whole street is still out. About 5 houses. It’s not fixed. We’ve spent hours on the phone with customer service. It’s not helped.

    @OptimumHelp Yes, I’m still without service even though ticket went in June 14th. I actually had to stay at a hotel today so I could access internet for work. Frontier answered my call and gave me an installation date for Monday. Can you do better or are you okay with losing another customer

    @OptimumHelp no internet, phone or TV in Westport for 2 days now. It is impossible to contact @Optimum by phone (calls just get disconnected after the COVID message) or via their website (chat just sits there forever). Terrible customer service and communication.

    @OptimumHelp we waited for our appointment today in a window of 10AM to 8PM. I checked the app all day and it said "on time." No show, wires are split and sitting in front yard. Waited hour on phone and was told next appointment is Friday. This is crazy, please help!!

    50 minutes (with two wait times totaling only five minutes) and the idiots @optimum were unable to to transfer my service for reasons I simply can’t fathom. I don’t have the words for how inept that company is. #unacceptable

    @optimum wow current commercial is an awful mess of AI slop. Definitely won't be buying your service if you care so little about it that you don't think it's worth hiring actors or artists to make a commercial for it.
