    @OptimumHelp I’ve been on the line for nearly an hour with horrible customer service. I’ve been a customer for decades and it’s ridiculous! Nothing is moving along and the @optimum the representative is beyond rude. I’m so frustrated.

    @OptimumHelp Where the heck are you guys? We didn’t even lose power, just WiFi and cable. Should be a relatively easy fix. Seeing lots of Verizon trucks in my hood but no Optimum trucks.

    @OptimumHelp my bill just increased by $ 14.74! When looking at details I am being charged $10.47 for Regional Sports. Never signed up for Regional Sports. Please help clear this up

    @OptimumHelp We have power. In fact, we"ve had power for more than 24 hrs. What we have not had is internet or TV for more than 27 hrs. So it's not the power grid. When will service be restored?? @optimum website is down and calling results in being hung up on. This is really getting absurd

    @optimum @OptimumHelp I have called more than 10x. My internet and cable service is horrendous. I’ve been on the line for an hour with someone who doesn’t understand me. I keep repeating myself. This is ridiculous when I lay you hundreds a month and have for more than a decade.

    @optimum DON'T FALL FOR IT!! I pre-ordered a "free" iPhone 17 with a trade in during the October promotion and was SCAMMED! They LOST my phone (for 3 months) and now I'm being told I never participated in the promotion but "bought" the phone (even though I have FedEx tracking to prove it)

    @OptimumHelp @optimum A Type-Length-Value (TLV) configuration element with an Object Identifier (OID) was received but not recognized by the modem. This is typically a minor compatibility issue between modem firmware and CMTS configuration — often harmless but can indicate a firmware mismatch.
