    @OptimumHelp every morning between 8 and 830 the internet goes down in white plains and I have to reboot my cable box completely, why?

    @OptimumHelp Where the heck are you guys? We didn’t even lose power, just WiFi and cable. Should be a relatively easy fix. Seeing lots of Verizon trucks in my hood but no Optimum trucks.

    @LBrockner3 @OptimumHelp And if that doesn’t solve the issue, then unplug again, reboot your computer, then plug modem and router bakc in.

    @OptimumHelp We fixed it by rebooting the box, tv and remote. Altice boxes have issues. Also having WEAK WiFi signal inside small house. ;( Please advise how to speak to a real person. Your phone system wouldn’t put us through to customer service .

    @OptimumHelp my bill just increased by $ 14.74! When looking at details I am being charged $10.47 for Regional Sports. Never signed up for Regional Sports. Please help clear this up

    Hey @OptimumHelp when your internet and cable have been down for 2 days after storm, the least you can do is allow me to access cable via your mobile app without requiring me to be on my WiFi (which is down b/c you can’t get my internet service back up)

    Yo @optimum !! 7 weeks trying to cancel my account and all you do is charge me to take more money.. can’t get a live person on the phone and your store staff is super rude. Should i get an attorney ?

    Hey @optimum Cancelled optimum mobile, returned the device unopened, was told that was all I needed to do to cancel, then I had to cancel again. So here I am waiting to cancel the credit card charge that you didn't prevent. Wassup.

    Hey @optimum your internet service in Hot Springs Village, AR is terrible. I have had to reboot my modem about once per week since I started service in November. Know how many times I’ve had to reboot my Frontier modem in the last 3 years? Maybe twice 😡🤬 #optimumsucks
