    @OptimumHelp I need help to activate my International calling plan. I need a plan that has access to placing calls to GREECE. I've sent private messages to this twitter handle. Spoke with customer service via phone & chat and they couldn't help me. Also online access didn't help

    @optimum you have horrible service. Your service rep left my house a mess. Never came back when after leaving to pick something up. Your call center never called back. This is an embarrassment.

    @optimum needs get there act together or they’re going to lose customers!!! I have called over 4 times regarding the same issue...today I was hung up on 😡 I’ve been a long time customer,10+yrs and this is the service I’m paying for? NOPE, Time to look for a new cable provider!!

    Hey @Optimum, guess who’s changing their services for both home and business .... Me! I can’t run my business like this !! And what’s worse is nobody answers the customer service phones! I have not seen an optimum truck anywhere in this area for days.

    @AlticeUSA @optimum optimum could be the worst company in NY - 2 service appts, 2 no-shows, 2x phone rep LIED and said the problem fixed - problem NOT fixed. I switched to @verizonfios and couldn’t be happier, now it’s time to switch my mother-in-law!!

    my poor grandmother. what would she do without me. i just got her a refund of $450 because optimum was OVER charging her. old lady had a damn near heart attack when i told her

    @optimum is the worst company. 10 days without service and still cannot give an ETA on when it will be back up and running. Just awful company. Up there with @PSEGLI for terrible company and lack of resources during a storm they weren’t prepared for. Should fire all executives

    .@SenKevinThomas Forget about @PSEGLI. They are doing a good job. We need relief from @optimum, which has totally uncommunicative customer service. They shouldn’t be allowed to maintain their franchise without some serious improvements.

    Who am I supposed to reach out to @optimum if I have an outside line issue? Customer service says all they can do is read notes. I’ve had two technicians out in the past two weeks who have said they called for a outside tech to lower power at the tap. No one has come out! Help!!!

    @OptimumHelp has anyone else experience putting a new cable service and then the router dies that same day later and when you get a technician they can’t figure what’s wrong? Then no WiFi for 3 straight days.

    Waiting for my 5th tech visit from @optimum and I get a phone call from them. It’s not my tech - they’re calling about the mobile plan offer. Customer Service already told me they would remove me from that list. Why does every customer service agent directly lie to customers?

    @optimum wow current commercial is an awful mess of AI slop. Definitely won't be buying your service if you care so little about it that you don't think it's worth hiring actors or artists to make a commercial for it.

    @optimum Dealing with five different reps to resolve an issue, and every single one wastes my time trying to sell me a mobile package I have zero interest in. And when I say so, they continue trying, knowing that all I care about is resolving my issue. Cut the crap, fellas.

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately

    @optimum Almost a year later and our service is STILL not fixed. Meanwhile, we’re being billed in full every month for channels we can’t even watch. How is this acceptable? #Optimum #CustomerService #fail
