    @optimum is the worst company. 10 days without service and still cannot give an ETA on when it will be back up and running. Just awful company. Up there with @PSEGLI for terrible company and lack of resources during a storm they weren’t prepared for. Should fire all executives

    @JohnTra03614768 @OptimumHelp Absolutely no communication from them what so ever. I saw a @OptimumHelp truck today and spoke to the guy who said we now know there’s an issue in your area. Ridiculous it took them a week and countless calls for them to figure this out.

    Hey @Optimum, guess who’s changing their services for both home and business .... Me! I can’t run my business like this !! And what’s worse is nobody answers the customer service phones! I have not seen an optimum truck anywhere in this area for days.

    I just WASTED a half hour with @optimum for the same issue that was happening on Friday night. Service rep told me I needed a new cable box. Out of frustration I unplugged/replugged and my cable box CAME BACK ON. Not a happy customer, Optimum. I don’t need a new box.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum So many families without Wi-Fi, TV, and phone service in New York. No estimate on when it will be fixed call customer service has been terrible. But you still took my money yesterday so I guess that system still works.

    @optimum @OptimumHelp I just needed to let y’all know that your AI generated commercials/advertisements are terrible and make you look tacky. If you put zero effort into your advertising, you are definitely putting zero effort into providing your customers a quality experience.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.
