    @optimum @OptimumHelp hello, my service went down. Tv, internet and phone have all stopped working! I work from home and have kids who do remote working. This is such a disappointment.

    @optimum you have horrible service. Your service rep left my house a mess. Never came back when after leaving to pick something up. Your call center never called back. This is an embarrassment.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Optimum is a joke. They can’t fix my phone service. It has been over a year and now they want me to believe they will get my cable back up. They couldn’t even get a supervisor on the phone. What a joke!

    @optimum as soon as this pandemic is over and I can get another provider in my house, I plan on disconnecting any future service with you!! Your customer service is the absolute worst!! You should be ashamed!

    I just WASTED a half hour with @optimum for the same issue that was happening on Friday night. Service rep told me I needed a new cable box. Out of frustration I unplugged/replugged and my cable box CAME BACK ON. Not a happy customer, Optimum. I don’t need a new box.

    if you live on long island, jersey or CT do not use @optimum as your cable provider. they give you the run-around anytime something needs to be fixed or resolved. they do it so you give it and call it quits and just deal with the problem. the customer service is rude as hell too

    @OptimumHelp "we are always here to help".. Seems to be a lie. 2 posts.. 1 dm.. 3 phone calls. Not replies. Almost 20 years as a costumer.. But I am really looking into Fios now.

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?

    @optimum again u failed! Tv won’t connect to the internet and its baseballs opening night! Pay for this, pay for that, free upgrade to fiber optic, and still, everything sucks!!!
