Then the modem, then a bad signal, 2 techs - nothing - someone checked the signal on the pole - then today I was told acct was blocked because I owed $1.15. Paid that. Next CSR told me that’s impossible.

They don’t consider it an “outage” until more people call. Unreal! Try fixing my phone one of these days. I haven’t had phone service in over a year!
