    @TeDygQC @CoxComm Book is good (even if some of it is technical). And if you combine it with "Skinwalkers at the Pentagon," that's a really great combo. Cox sucks. From Initial Revelations: “At the conclusion of a 2011 meeting in the Capitol building with a U.S. Senator and an agency Under Secretary, Lacatski, the only one of this book’s authors present, posed a question. He stated that the United States was in possession of a craft of unknown origin and had successfully gained access to its interior. This craft had a streamlined configuration suitable for aerodynamic flight but no intakes, exhaust, wings, or control surfaces. In fact, it appeared not to have an engine, fuel tanks, or fuel. Lacatski asked: What was the purpose of this craft? Was it a life-support craft useful only for atmospheric reentry or what? If it was a spacecraft, then how did it operate”?

    @CoxHelp WiFi is still out until 10pm! @coxhelp says they’re “sorry”, but thanks for being loyal. When you pay $90 for a streaming service to catch all the March Madness games, your internet provider can’t provide internet. Cox is a joke!!!

    I have been an @ATT customer since 2011. Five months ago my account manager made a mistake that cost me $400. They are unwilling to fix it. I have 11 lines on my account. I’m open to suggestions for better service in #Arizona @Verizon @CoxComm

    @CoxHelp explain to me how a contract I signed EIGHT YEARS AGO auto renews with NO NOTICE TO ME of the renewal and no notice provided to me of any new contract. On your website it says I’m not subject to ANY contracts yet when I try to cancel you magically say I have to pay a termination fee due to an 8 year old contract you don’t even show record of?

    @CoxComm it is truly shameful price gouging 30 year elderly customers with constant price hikes + sub standard customer service. I can only imagine how many customers who aren’t as fortunate with children or advocates to assist them elderly from being shafted. #coxcable #cox

    @CoxHelp Programs on HLN run about 45 seconds too long into the next time slot, which means DVR’d programs cut off too quickly at the end. This is also historically a problem on Investigation Discovery, although I haven’t watched that channel recently.

    There is always a “we are aware of a problem” status in the app and that’s embarrassing. You are the only provider in our area and nothing can convince me you care about your customers. Thank you for making me excited to move in a week @CoxHelp

    @CoxHelp Also you guys should update your guys 2 apps and make them better experience, why should I “test my connection “ if I know it’s tweaking , it should say “hey it’s seems like your connection is currently unstable “ fix the goofy *** app @CoxComm

    @CoxComm I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a quote to change my internet with Cox. After 30 minutes, the live agent still hasn't provided any information about the different pricing options. Is this the "White Glove" service you are advertising?

    @CoxHelp @YahooCare Our cox webmail has not worked for 36+ hours now. We can log into our account fine, however mobile app and web browser both say "Error 15". I sat on hold last night with both cox and yahoo. Cox said its a yahoo problem, yahoo said its a cox problem.

    I never post on this account, but just got off the phone with @CoxComm and I’m so frustrated that I just had to come on here to say that company is horrible!! They steal your money and then you have to pray you get it back after them ******* up!
