    @CoxHelp Just confirmed the appointment by calling. But I did text back "OK" but got no confirmation that my appointment was being kept. And apparently while on the phone I was told there is another outage in my area.

    @CoxHelp when is the San Diego/Lemon Grove outage going to be fixed? It was out before I woke this morning and it is 6 PM and still out, even though I got a text saying it was repaired. And now I can't even access the Cox app to check the status.

    Well @CoxComm @CoxHelp . The techs came out. Made a ticket for the local area network team to repair the mainline because of packet loss. The ticket was deemed closed, but I am experiencing extreme packet loss still. #bummed

    I truly cannot believe @CoxComm treats its customers like I’ve been treated over the past several weeks. Hours and hours on the phone, over text, etc and every single time they try to up sell me, tack on fees, or straight up hang up on me like moments ago. Y’all should be ashamed

    .@mlb & #Padres I'm not going to pay more just for #fridaynightbaseball. I pay @CoxComm too much as it is. We barely watch $NFLX as it is, subscribing to another streaming service isn't worth it. The micro-latencies on $APPL TV+ were annoying, too.

    @CoxComm @CoxHelp I’ve documented repeated upload degradation in my home across multiple days. My service should upload at ~100 Mbps, but it repeatedly drops to 5–30 Mbps. I’ve tested 3 modems, 2 routers, and Cox’s own parallel test modem saw the same issue. 1/4

    @CoxHelp Service is spotty. I’ve had it for two months and have lost 6 days of wfh because of it. The only solution customer service has to offer is upgrade for another $100 a month. smh. Of course, I’m not putting my complete name, address and pin on Twitter.

    @CoxComm @CoxHelp Cancelling my father’s service after the disaster I’ve dealt with. My father lives in a different state and had a stroke and I’ve been trying to pay his bill for 4 days and your app, customer service, and phone payment services WON’T will let me pay the bill!!!

    @Saints @CoxComm Hope @Saints look at this bring lat back home man definitely not a bad thing to bring em back on a cheaper deal , maybe Darnell Mooney, Dre greenlaw, then draft edge rushers , dbs , maybe WRs but i think we can make it work with healthy Palmer and Polk we will be good after.
