    Well @CoxComm @CoxHelp . The techs came out. Made a ticket for the local area network team to repair the mainline because of packet loss. The ticket was deemed closed, but I am experiencing extreme packet loss still. #bummed

    @CoxHelp when is the San Diego/Lemon Grove outage going to be fixed? It was out before I woke this morning and it is 6 PM and still out, even though I got a text saying it was repaired. And now I can't even access the Cox app to check the status.

    @michelle__703 You think that's bad Cox Cable San Diego @CoxHelp @CoxCalifornia just cut off our $150 dollars a month UNLIMITED high speed service for using too much UNLIMITED high speed service . You can't make this **** up.

    @CoxHelp Blake Miller 9740 Dragoye dr..92071. Multiple cable technicians. Some better than the rest. Point is, for the amount asked each month, the service is sincerely lacking, not just moments but regular. Horrible

    I truly cannot believe @CoxComm treats its customers like I’ve been treated over the past several weeks. Hours and hours on the phone, over text, etc and every single time they try to up sell me, tack on fees, or straight up hang up on me like moments ago. Y’all should be ashamed

    I get roughly 3360 a month give or take and & 2050 is rent/water/car spot. Verizon is $141 & I already laid out @SDGE & @CoxComm so you see my issues here. I get ZERO in child support & haven’t for 4yrs. I’d be in jail if I did that. I’m just done and tired of the excuses.

    @CoxComm why does every phone rep leave me hanging and hang up when I call to cancel service? Like no I don’t want to talk to your damn loyalty department. I’m just trying to switch over to @ATT fiber and be on with my day.

    Learned something today about @CoxComm today. Apparently, I can't download something and play a game on two separate wired connections. Makes sense considering I pay for 1.5gig download but have only ever gotten about 200mbps wired. cox sucks ***

    @coxhelp trying to get a live person, but not working. The cable box attached to my house has come apart. Your guy changed out some connectors a month ago and now the top of the box is off and wires exposed. Probably wind related or something but needs to be fixed

    @CoxHelp @YahooCare Our cox webmail has not worked for 36+ hours now. We can log into our account fine, however mobile app and web browser both say "Error 15". I sat on hold last night with both cox and yahoo. Cox said its a yahoo problem, yahoo said its a cox problem.

    I have been an @ATT customer since 2011. Five months ago my account manager made a mistake that cost me $400. They are unwilling to fix it. I have 11 lines on my account. I’m open to suggestions for better service in #Arizona @Verizon @CoxComm
