    I get roughly 3360 a month give or take and & 2050 is rent/water/car spot. Verizon is $141 & I already laid out @SDGE & @CoxComm so you see my issues here. I get ZERO in child support & haven’t for 4yrs. I’d be in jail if I did that. I’m just done and tired of the excuses.

    @CoxHelp Today your company added $49 for unlimited data that I never added. This occurred after I downgraded and canceled my cable portion. Who added and how added are known per your customer service. I don't need unlimited data for @Roku . I play it all night and day and never over

    @CoxHelp the cable and internet service for well over $300.09 dollars for top internet and minimal cable is outrageous! Cable goes out daily more than 3 times and internet is insignificant at best every day. For what we pay, the service overall is beyond less than mediocre. Sucks

    @CoxComm why does every phone rep leave me hanging and hang up when I call to cancel service? Like no I don’t want to talk to your damn loyalty department. I’m just trying to switch over to @ATT fiber and be on with my day.

    @CoxHelp for at least 3 weeks my home ( where I now work) has had slow loading times or service disruptions!!! We upgraded the router & still constantly have poor internet despite having an expensive plan. Help!!

    @michelle__703 You think that's bad Cox Cable San Diego @CoxHelp @CoxCalifornia just cut off our $150 dollars a month UNLIMITED high speed service for using too much UNLIMITED high speed service . You can't make this **** up.

    @AGRobBonta why will you not challenge @CoxCalifornia @CoxComm when they automatically add on $49 charge for a service that is supposed to be an add-on? I spoke with eight customer service representatives. Your office refused to hear all the information. Over $150 a month junk

    In a rare, neverbefore seen moment, I'm going to praise @CoxHelp before I base them. I finally talked to a support person who was able to get our service online without forwarding me to 20 other people! ... before (following their prompt) trying to me upsell me on my services.
