    I have been an @ATT customer since 2011. Five months ago my account manager made a mistake that cost me $400. They are unwilling to fix it. I have 11 lines on my account. I’m open to suggestions for better service in #Arizona @Verizon @CoxComm

    @CoxComm I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a quote to change my internet with Cox. After 30 minutes, the live agent still hasn't provided any information about the different pricing options. Is this the "White Glove" service you are advertising?

    Best part is I get a call from @CoxComm once a day asking if I want to upgrade my Internet. **** no. What I want is the speeds I pay for. I know it won't ever be 1.5 gigs but I'm missing out on one whole gig here. A bit much.

    Cox, you are the worst internet provider I have ever had in my life. @CoxHelp I will not call and get irritated with a kind phone operator who is just trying to do their job but we CONSTANTLY having issues even when it’s “working”

    I’m so sorry, I have to cancel the stream today. My internet is completely out and @CoxHelp can’t get anyone out here until tomorrow afternoon to fix it, so I’m out of work for the day today. Google Fiber please hurry, 🥲

    @themoe85 @CoxHelp And don't forget their streaming sucks, I have not watched HBO or Paramount using the streaming through the DVR because buffers constantly. Not to mention their internet, besides suffering from regular outages, intermittently cycles off and on throughout the day. Total Crap

    There is always a “we are aware of a problem” status in the app and that’s embarrassing. You are the only provider in our area and nothing can convince me you care about your customers. Thank you for making me excited to move in a week @CoxHelp

    In a rare, neverbefore seen moment, I'm going to praise @CoxHelp before I base them. I finally talked to a support person who was able to get our service online without forwarding me to 20 other people! ... before (following their prompt) trying to me upsell me on my services.

    @CoxComm terrible cox experience! Modem intermittently cut on and off while we were away. I could not operate my thermostats nor cameras. After hours chat with Cox; I agreed to a new modem for more money each month. And I had to be the Cox delivery man and return the old modem

    Today marks the 6th issue with an internet or network outage issue with @CoxComm. In the 2 years that @ATT served up fiber internet, I didn't have a single issue (at $45 less per month). @ATT Please put fiber near me!

    @CoxHelp WiFi is still out until 10pm! @coxhelp says they’re “sorry”, but thanks for being loyal. When you pay $90 for a streaming service to catch all the March Madness games, your internet provider can’t provide internet. Cox is a joke!!!

    @coxhelp trying to get a live person, but not working. The cable box attached to my house has come apart. Your guy changed out some connectors a month ago and now the top of the box is off and wires exposed. Probably wind related or something but needs to be fixed

    @CoxHelp @YahooCare And now again, yahoo says it's cox and cox says its yahoo. No one is taking ownership and trying to resolve the issue. @cox is losing a 30 year customer because no one will help us. Good job guys.

    @CoxComm **** YOU COX.... twice in the last week you have crashed my internet costing me money, destroying the online work requiring a restart. because of my temp living situation to use you I would not and for anybody thinking about using Cox find someone else. It's 2026 fix your ****
