    @CoxHelp my service window was 10-noon. It’s now after 1:00 pm & took time off work to be here and no tech yet. This is very poor service. Cable has not worked now since yesterday afternoon. How are you going make this right?

    @CoxHelp 3231 SE 45th Street Ocala Fl 34480 and of you look at the account you will see I’ve called you guys at least 15 times on this issue. FedEx abs ups can’t get our driveway and this is ridiculous. When Hurricane Dorian threatened our area we had no way to get out of the driveway.

    Contact me TODAY when they're on their way to fix my @Coxcomm internet and NOTHING!!! I'm so pissed!!! Then had the audacity to only give me a $24.87 credit and still no tech. Just spent 30 minutes in queue for 30 minutes just to be told the chick lied last night 😡

    @CoxHelp I’ve already had a service tech to my house once and have another one scheduled. Yesterday the Internet was out for myself & neighbors for most of the day. Just went out again. Really hard to work from home with no Internet.

    @CoxComm I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a quote to change my internet with Cox. After 30 minutes, the live agent still hasn't provided any information about the different pricing options. Is this the "White Glove" service you are advertising?
