@CoxHelp my service window was 10-noon. It’s now after 1:00 pm & took time off work to be here and no tech yet. This is very poor service. Cable has not worked now since yesterday afternoon. How are you going make this right?

@CoxHelp 3231 SE 45th Street Ocala Fl 34480 and of you look at the account you will see I’ve called you guys at least 15 times on this issue. FedEx abs ups can’t get our driveway and this is ridiculous. When Hurricane Dorian threatened our area we had no way to get out of the driveway.

it's crazy that @CoxHelp will send a whole technician to my house who can't do anything because somewhere in the network cox is apparently doing maintenance and don't tell anyone about the outages! so my internet isn't fixed and it's messing with my job with no ets on a fix 🤠

@CoxHelp i just upgraded from 500mbps to 1 gig service and i’m seeing that others got upgraded hardware to the PW8 gateway. but i tried a chat rep and they told me the 1 gig plan isn’t compatible with the PW8, and tried to upsell me to the 2 gig plan. but that can’t be right?
