    @CoxComm another outage in Las Vegas. Starting to HATE the service COX provides. Anyone using another service, drop it below. I’m tired of this. The outage in my area has been from 10p 10/9/22 with an estimated finish time of 6p 10/10/22 #wtf

    You want to charge me extra$ to come out to my property because the internet isn't working. I tried to reset my modem over the phone and it turns out the issue is clearly on your end. Why are you charging me extra? You're doing installations without customer approval. @CoxComm

    After 3 months of no service, then a Tier 2 tech coming out to get it up to slow and intermittent service, I ask @CoxComm and @CoxHelp here for help to get reply times of 6:43, 7:40 and 9:20 pm. All obvious frivolous replys, no help. Typical @CoxComm

    @CoxHelp your feed is terrible for the VGK game. Have complained several times.... they told me it was a known issue. VGK mgmt also said they know there is an issue. Fix your feed Cox. I pay you not ATT. It is your responsibility.

    @CoxComm I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a quote to change my internet with Cox. After 30 minutes, the live agent still hasn't provided any information about the different pricing options. Is this the "White Glove" service you are advertising?
