We need to fill in the gap between people covered by that and people who already have internet. There are families that don't qualify for SNAP but can't afford internet service.

But, if a service company reschedules an appointment, should they not notify their customer of that change? My appointment has been re-scheduled multiple times, and I’ve received exactly no communication in that regard.
