    @CrownAndJoke @Google @Apple @ATT @CoxComm If they receive SNAP or TANF they can already get internet through the Lifeline program. We need to fill in the gap between people covered by that and people who already have internet. There are families that don't qualify for SNAP but can't afford internet service.

    @CoxHelp Yes, Power is on. Modem and router are one in the same. And I tried that without success. But signed into my account from my phone and saw an outage for my area, so I signed up for updates on when it’s back.

    @CoxHelp Me and Mrs had the decision and I let her know the options you gave me. She wants the unlimited. Since it's a better solution for us. Is there a way to add it in today or pro-rate it back to the start of the month?

    @CoxHelp Thank you. I can understand this is a challenging time due to the weather-related issues. I just wish there was even the slightest bit of communication. And, I wish whomever was coordinating scheduling would just be more honest and realistic about when a tech might be available.

    Those of you asking about @CoxComm, I spoke to a representative who says they are working on the OU vs. Missouri State issue. Does not know how long it will last. How much I’d the game will be missed. Or if you will be charged in full amount. Waiting to speak to someone else.

    @CoxHelp @CoxComm we have been trying to get someone to come out since the first of Nov to fix our downed line and no one has showed each time we've been promised. Extremely frustrating when you have to plan your day around it and to be no showed each time. No luck w/ cust serv.

    Went to change my house with @CoxComm’s internet. Lady on the phone talked me into an upgrade and new service for a discounted price. She was lying, now my bill is more expensive than cheaper. This is why I hate @CoxComm.

    @CoxHelp I’m honestly curious. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic? But, if a service company reschedules an appointment, should they not notify their customer of that change? My appointment has been re-scheduled multiple times, and I’ve received exactly no communication in that regard.

    @CoxComm I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a quote to change my internet with Cox. After 30 minutes, the live agent still hasn't provided any information about the different pricing options. Is this the "White Glove" service you are advertising?
