    @CoxHelp Your company literally said that it would be taken care of by 8 PM today and now there’s constant ******* issue once again I ended your company literally deserves to give us a full ******* refund for the month. This is not what we’re paying for. No one is paying for this.

    @CoxComm I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a quote to change my internet with Cox. After 30 minutes, the live agent still hasn't provided any information about the different pricing options. Is this the "White Glove" service you are advertising?
