    I love how @CoxHelp gives you a 14 hour window when the tech will show up to do something outside your house but demand you be home or they won’t do the service.

    Welp.. as I feared. The @CoxComm tech said our 3 months of issues are at the node box in our neighborhood and not the house and that Cox probably won't address the issue any time soon.. who do we talk too now @CoxHelp

    @CoxComm They want to charge you for them not having the proper equipment in the neighborhoods. Literally has a support employee tell me “Mam they will continue to try to catch you slipping if you don’t keep calling us, to see if they can get away with charging you.” #coxcomm

    @CoxHelp I yearn for the day that Cox will be able to provide reliable service in my neighborhood. might also be nice if they could be transparent when problems occur rather than spewing a bunch of non-information from a script.

    @TeDygQC @CoxComm Book is good (even if some of it is technical). And if you combine it with "Skinwalkers at the Pentagon," that's a really great combo. Cox sucks. From Initial Revelations: “At the conclusion of a 2011 meeting in the Capitol building with a U.S. Senator and an agency Under Secretary, Lacatski, the only one of this book’s authors present, posed a question.     @CoxHelp WiFi is still out until 10pm! @coxhelp says they’re “sorry”, but thanks for being loyal. When you pay $90 for a streaming service to catch all the March Madness games, your internet provider can’t provide internet. Cox is a joke!!!

    I have been an @ATT customer since 2011. Five months ago my account manager made a mistake that cost me $400. They are unwilling to fix it. I have 11 lines on my account. I’m open to suggestions for better service in #Arizona @Verizon @CoxComm

    @CoxHelp explain to me how a contract I signed EIGHT YEARS AGO auto renews with NO NOTICE TO ME of the renewal and no notice provided to me of any new contract. On your website it says I’m not subject to ANY contracts yet when I try to cancel you magically say I have to pay a termination fee due to an 8 year old contract you don’t even show record of?

    @CoxComm it is truly shameful price gouging 30 year elderly customers with constant price hikes + sub standard customer service. I can only imagine how many customers who aren’t as fortunate with children or advocates to assist them elderly from being shafted. #coxcable #cox

    @CoxHelp Programs on HLN run about 45 seconds too long into the next time slot, which means DVR’d programs cut off too quickly at the end. This is also historically a problem on Investigation Discovery, although I haven’t watched that channel recently.

    @CoxComm I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a quote to change my internet with Cox. After 30 minutes, the live agent still hasn't provided any information about the different pricing options. Is this the "White Glove" service you are advertising?
