    Finally moved on from @CoxComm after being a customer since ‘02. They’ve held all the cards in the #Omaha area for too long an gave the same number of shits about me leaving as they did screwing me for yrs. @CenturyLink internet is less expensive and noticeably faster. No brainer

    Ya’ll - thought we were making a good decision switching to @CenturyLink 2nd day of no show techs and multiple calls are making that seem like the complete opposite of a good decision. Let’s hope we can get back with @CoxComm and their amazing guest service. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

    @CoxHelp I see where the confusion is. I was speaking, via phone, to internet support people, one of whom informed me that people being forced to WFH must upgrade to business class internet.

    Hey @CoxComm, we pay ALOT of money for internet, cable & phone service. Even upgraded to the Ultimate plan in March after we were all forced to work/learn from home. Just got a text that I’m about to hit 75% of data plan? I’m confused. Why is there a limit?

    as angry as I was with @CoxComm last night, I have to give a huge shout out to Christy @ the VP store. She not only resolved our issue (which they couldn’t do between 3 people last night on the phone), but she also got us a better deal.

    @CoxHelp I’m sorry you have an outage too. Thankfully, it’s going to be the last one I have to deal with as a customer of yours. Your service sucks; it’s unreliable for my needs (work and school). This is the 5th time my productivity has ground to a halt in the past 3 months. I’m done.

    Current Starlink customer. Very satisfied. Moving to a new townhouse where I won't be able to use @Starlink anymore. Deinstall/reinstall costs $205, and same-day move isn't 100% certainty, so I'm switching to @CoxComm. Also, mounting to the townhouse would be a challenge w/HOA. If a window bracket mount didn't cost ~$500 (from Poland), I'd be inclined keep Starlink.

    2 weeks ago,we hooked our 4 camera blink system & it is not working - 1/2 screen & no signal or image with only some activity in front/back. The Blink tech told me to unplug my Cox wifi then, download a strange website to run a speed test! WHAAAT? Idiots! @CoxHelp @blinkforhome
