In the last week alone my connection dropped more times than it EVER did in 10 YEARS on @CoxComm. Today alone I had to reset ONT & router twice. Horrible.

Sales and Rentention sees it but can't do anything because it's an online promo that doesn't work since it says have to call in to complete it.
